Established in February 27, 1995 PT Betonjaya Manunggal, Tbk. (BJM) starts its commercial operation in May 1996. Head office and factory are located on Jl. Raya Krikilan No. 434 Km. 28 Driyorejo Sub-District, Gresik District, East Java. BJM is Indonesia’s round bar manufacturer that produce round bar from size 6 mm to 12 mm, with total installed capacity 30,000 tons per year.
BJM products are nationally acknowledge for its quality, it is proven by a number of certificates and awards that the company obtained, such as SPPT SNI – a certification for products that bear Indonesia’s National Standard Mark, and Business Indonesia Award 2009.
In conducting marketing activity, BJM utilizes network distributors and direct service for potential customer within the country. Until today, BJM is focused in domestic market, especially East Java, which contributes 70% of sales, followed by DKI Jakarta market 15%. While the rest is spread around West Java, Bali, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.

To maintain a safe and healthy environment the Company performs water testing and participates in community program by providing the fund, especially on safety and environmental hygiene. The Company also performs quality testing on air emissions, air ambience, and air quality around the working environment with the aid of UPT K3 of East Java Province Department of Labor.
To ensure employees’ health and safety, and to develop employees’ skill, the Company has performed UPL and UKL studies. The Company has also obtained SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) certificate and participates in seminar or training on SMK3, Occupational Safety and Health expert, first aid and Compact Fire Extinguishers (APAR).
The Company has applied the policy to seek labor from nearby residents. The Company has also funded several communities’ activities, which includes cleaning activities, national holiday festivals and religious activities.
The Company guarantees that its products are acceptable by the market because the Company has obtained SNI certification and ISO 9001: 2008. The Company also manages a website that provides information, product profile, and existing conditions.
