Referring to OJK regulation no. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretaries of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby inform you that based on the decision of the Board of Directors of PT Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk ("the Company") dated 18 September 2024, the Company appointed Ms. Novi Tjahjaning Rahayu as Corporate Secretary replacing Mr. Andy Soesanto starting from September 18 2024.
